It is not often in the world of golf that a player shoots a score lower than their age, but Bert Diaper achieved this last week. Bert carded a gross 72 one month after turning 78 so our most sincere congratulations go out to him.

A jewel on the South Coast of Hampshire

Set just a mile & a half from the seafront, this Parkland / Heathland style of course is over 100 years old but has managed to resist the tests of time. Thanks to a new pro-active Committee the course is undertaking a complete Bunker refurbishment to prepare for another 100 years play.
